Sugar, tastes great and yes, our bodies need a little to maintain health. Yet too much sugar causes an adrenaline rush that does come crashing down! Many try to avoid this crash by eating more sweet food and drinks, yet such only delays the inevitable crash. And these crashes are far from fun and can induce bad attitudes, rudeness, off task behaviors tears and too much unnecessary frustration. Consider before making your choice that many of today’s prepackaged sweets and foods are over-loaded with an abundant amount of sugar.
